Hubcon Tech Standard Support

Our Standard Support tier provides services from 9 AM to 5 PM, available for both free and paid accounts:
Free Accounts: Available for a limited period, allowing users to explore Hubcon Tech and conduct POCs with access to technical support.
Paid Accounts: Billing starts from the first instance, with a minimum charge equivalent to three instances.

Who is it for?
This plan is suited for production deployments that don’t need after-hours support, as well as for users testing and evaluating Hubcon Tech services.

Hubcon Tech Business Support Plan

Our Business Support plan offers 24/7 support for system availability and recovery, with an SLA-backed guarantee. It includes initial response from our NOC and escalation to Hub con Tech engineers, ensuring round-the-clock support through a follow-the-sun global team.

Who is it for?
Ideal for customers in production environments or MSPs conducting POCs that require continuous, SLA-driven support. This plan strikes a balance between cost-effectiveness and comprehensive 24/7 service availability

Hub con Tech Platinum Support Plan
